Not fancy just good cuts and friendly service. Ever time I get my hair cut here I get compliments. Dao does a great job. She has good attention to detail and cleans up any stray hairs. She takes pride in her work and spends time getting it right.
This is the best kept secret in town. I have been getting my hair cut at this place since before Dao took over, but once she did, she instantly became my all time favorite "barber". She is outstanding, and will cut your hair according to your instructions, EXACTLY. As a guy, once you've had a lady cut your hair, you realize that women know what looks good on a man, better than another man ever will. What were we thinking? Great neighborhood, free parking available on either of the two side streets. Depending on the time of day, she can be somewhat busy, but also to her credit, she doesn't rush in this situation. Realizing that each haircut is the most important one to the person receiving it, she makes sure each individual is satisfied before moving on to the next. I really don't know where I would go if she wasn't there. I come out to Seattle from about eight miles away so that I can get my hair cut only by Dao, because the bottom line is that she does an amazing job on my hair. Danny T.
Kind and efficient. She gave me the haircut I asked for and the price was reasonable ($18). There is a certain amount of charm to the outdated 70's wood paneling overlaid with Vietnamese accoutrements. I recommend this place to anyone looking for straight-forward service with a smile. Not a fancy place, but a good place.
I've been visiting Glenn's (no relation!) every three weeks since forever. Dao gives a great haircut for an excellent price.
A little pricey for basic mens/boys cut, and extra fee for using credit. But Dao does a great job cutting hair!
