Dava Real Estate Group

Dava Real Estate Group is a real estate agent serving buyers and sellers in Philadelphia, PA. Located at 1936 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, the business is a local option for people planning a home purchase or sale and looking for guidance through the process. Customer feedback describes Dava as knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and professional, with an approach that focuses on understanding what clients need rather than pushing them toward a decision.

For homebuyers, Dava helps clients explore options and make sense of the search. One out-of-state couple appreciated that she took time to understand what they were looking for and offered recommendations aligned with their needs. When they traveled to Philadelphia for showings, she set aside a full weekend to work with them and was described as honest throughout the experience. That kind of attentive planning can be especially useful for people relocating to the area or coordinating a home search around a limited visit.

Clients also describe support that continues beyond a first purchase. A customer who bought a home in South Philadelphia’s Pennsport area later asked Dava to represent them in selling it, citing her knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. Another review highlights her patience and guidance during the sale of a childhood home, where she helped family members understand the steps involved. For first-time buyers, customers mention that Dava answered questions, was easy to work with, and did not come across as salesy or pushy. These accounts point to a practical, people-focused experience for both buying and selling.

The feedback suggests a personable working style as well as real estate knowledge. Clients have described Dava as approachable and pleasant to work with, and several emphasize clear communication and a willingness to help them find a home that fits. The business may suit first-time buyers, families handling a home sale, repeat clients, and people moving from outside Philadelphia who value candid recommendations and patient explanations. FindALoco lists Dava Real Estate Group with a 5-star rating based on 7 reviews; individual experiences can vary, but the comments consistently speak to attentive service and a straightforward approach.
