They are very horrible in this place. If you need eyelashes and helen is not there, don’t bother. Needless to say, I have been a regular customer here and today is my last time visiting here. I wish helen has her own store. I went there Wednesday and i asked for helen, they all started speaking their language, saying im always asking for helen. The most terrible thing about this people is, they will be talking about you, right in your face!!! Wish they would speak English if they’re so bold enough. Anyways, a lady said she would do it and did a horrible job. So much glue, she didn’t even offer the fan when she was done. One eye was cat eye, other eye was equal and to full. It just didn’t look good at all. Everybody noticed. At first, i thought it looked ok, but as soon as i got home, i realized what horrible job she did. Anyway, i called the next day to set up an appointment with helen and i took that nonsense she did off. Wasted $40 by the way, because of someone that isn’t good at it, but wants the money. As soon as i walked in today, you could tell, they all spoken about me. They were all giving attitude and speaking their language. Helen was the only one nice to me. I tipped her well, honestly! If i have more, i don’t mind doing a service of $40 and tipping $500 to helen. She knows her job. I love helen, but unfortunately, i won’t be returning. I will look elsewhere. i wish helen had a store tho and dont be with these rude people. I am not giving them my money ever again. They be acting like they doing you a favor, and you’re not paying for the service at all. No customer service whatsoever. Talking about you in your face! So rude!!!!!!! Yen is the worst! O can’t stand her. Providing a service and talking bad about your customers is bad. I am a nurse and i won’t ever do that to nobody, no matter the race. Terrible.

Love you, Yen!! I’m always very happy with the service I receive at Davi Nails Morton Ranch Walmart, Katy, TX. From day one 2021, Yen took me as a Walk In and I haven’t and don’t plan on leaving Her. All of the other Ladies are so nice and makes it a pleasant experience. In the photo I’m holding the beautiful flowers Yen gave me for my Birthday October 8, 2023 😍 —-//////————/////:———- On today, November 27, 2024 Thanksgiving Eve, my granddaughter and I went in for her regular nail care/polish and I had my fingernails filled, trimmed down, full shellac w/November tone polish, eyebrows waxed, and a full pedicure with massage on both my hands and feet. The picture is of Yen doing my 6 yr old granddaughter and I’m next to her in the chair to the left side of my granddaughter! The flowers are from Yen to me for my birthday this year October 8, 2024 (yes, she gave me beautiful flowers again this year). Thanks Yen, for all that you do to make our visit(s) feel like a beach getaway❣️

Left crying, I told them to just clean up my eyebrows the lady said “ I know” proceeded to wax my eyebrows and spent 10 minutes plucking they’re to thin. Which is what I wanted to prevent. I did their lash clusters , left so angry I couldn’t speak. I called 4 times no answers. These lashes have CHUNKS OF GUNKY GLUE. ITS DISGUSTING AND UPSETTING. I’ve gotten my lashes done regularly and never have I had glue like this .

Ladies were so nice. They did an amazing job! I’m on my feet all day for work and pedicure massage was everything! Plus the price was so good!!

I do like this Salon and everyone is Sweet and Helpful also Attentive. Could Tidy Up a Bit. Close & Convenient to my home. I also asked how much just plain old cutting my Toenails and I was told $14.00. I didn’t want a pedicure I just wanted them cut, because I am Not Able to Cut Them Myself.
