Delaline Afro Braiding and Extensions

What I requested (Fulani braids) vs what I got. I called the person answered the phone was short and inconsiderate of my concerns and after sending a message to the owner it was accredited to lack of English. They started off with 5 workers in the shop. One lady was doing another worker’s hair and they worked slowly and openly mocked a customer who called and preferred to take down her own hair.The pictures speak for themselves. Flop not Fulani! After going back, my braids were fixed but I had to use my day off to fix what should have never been messed up. Yes I changed from 1️⃣ star to 3⭐️ because she fixed my hair but the embarrassment of being in spaces where people knew my hair was jacked and the time I can never get back. The last photo is the redo… Aline is a TRUE 5 star! I tried to leave a separate review but couldn’t do so.

Dropped in, they quickly attended to me asking what I wanted done. I was able to get my hair done right then as it was last minute and I needed it done for the next day. I was very pleased with the service and my hair. Please consider them for your next braid service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. Before my appointment, I was told that the color mix I wanted would be available at the shop. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to go buy the hair myself, which was frustrating because I came expecting everything to be ready based on what I had been told. I requested **small knotless braids**, but after getting home and taking a closer look the next day, I realized the back of my head has **medium to large parts**, while the sides are a mix of **medium and small parts**. The front looks much fuller than the back, so the braids are not the consistent small size I specifically requested and paid for. I also noticed that **one of my braids had been cut at the end**. In addition, I now have **painful bumps along the back of my hairline**, which has made the experience even more uncomfortable. Beyond the quality of the braids, I was also concerned about the environment in the salon. I saw **German roaches**, and there was an argument between the braiders while I was there, which made the atmosphere feel unprofessional. Before leaving this review, I reached out to the owner privately because I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct the parting so it would match the fullness and consistency of the front. I tried to resolve my concerns directly before posting publicly. Unfortunately, my overall experience left me very disappointed. Between being told to purchase my own hair after I had been assured it would be available, the inconsistent braid sizing, the cut braid, the bumps along my hairline, the condition of the salon, and the unprofessional atmosphere, I can't recommend this business based on my experience.

Really good experience here. I got small-medium knotless braids past my shoulders and they were fast. Walked in at 9:30 and was out by 12:10.The braids were neat and clean. Prices were clearly posted and that’s exactly what I paid ,no changes, and hair was included.I love speed and quality. I’d definitely come back.
