Deluxe Nails and Spa Stableside

For starters I’ve been going here since sophomore year of high school and I’m a sophomore in college now so obviously I don’t come here often anymore. With that being said, I don’t know what happened. Maybe the workers changed but they used to be very welcoming and did my nails right everytime, and the prices weren’t skying. Now My nails and toes are half assed done meanwhile my sister who is still in high school(senior now) gets Charged differently and her nails are done right. She claims that they ask for me whenever she goes but then when I do go my nails aren’t how they should be for the price. this is the 4th time after graduating hs that i’ve went and it’s not the best experience. With that being said, the ladies working on me were laughing/talking about me and the one doing my toes did not do it properly. As much as I want to keep going here cause I’ve been going here for a few years, I will not anymore because service/attitude is declining while price is increasing. And i also know they did have an early morning discount but when i called they said no.

My first time in Deluxe Nails and spa Morton Ranch it was awesome very nice vibe I really enjoyed it..My nail technician Bella was very nice and also gentle while doing my nails she is very knowledgeable at taking care of your natural nails with acrylic...What i like about her most is that she makes you feel very comfortable, she has passion in what she does and she's very funny...Really good vibes i finally found me a new Nail Tech😊😊😊

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience, especially because I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. My mom and I are regular customers, so this wasn’t my first visit by any means. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I came in planning to get a dip manicure, but while my previous dip was being removed, I changed my mind and decided I just wanted my dip removed and my nails painted with regular nail polish instead. As soon as I changed my mind, the technician’s attitude noticeably changed. She went to the front desk to tell them I had changed my mind, and from that point on, she seemed frustrated and irritated for the rest of my visit. It honestly felt like she was upset because the service was no longer as expensive. While removing my dip nails, she repeatedly told me that if I was worried about my nails becoming thin, then I shouldn’t get my nails done anymore. She acted like she was being helpful but clearly she was upset that I changed my service. After removing my dip, she proceeded to shape my nails without even asking what shape. She was prepared to send me on my way without offering to paint my nails or clean up my cuticles. When I asked if she could remove my cuticles, she responded, “Oh, you want a manicure. You need to say you want a manicure.” That response made no sense to me. I walked into a nail salon expecting to get my nails done. Instead of simply explaining that it was part of a manicure and asking if I’d like to add that service, she responded in a way that made me feel like I had done something wrong. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to know the name of every service. A nail technician should guide customers and explain their options. A simple, “We can do that as part of a manicure,” would have cleared everything up. Instead of helping me, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the nails. Everyone has the right to change their mind about a service, and customers shouldn’t be treated differently because they’re spending less money. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome and won’t be returning. I’ve supported this business for years, and so has my family, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

I've been supporting Deluxe Nails for little over a year and the atmosphere is completely comfortable. The staff are always nice and they do really nice work. I'm there every month for pedicure snd every now and again for build on Nails which they do really good.

I had an appointment for acrylic removal, a mani and a pedi, my acrylics were not fully removed as there’s still a layer on my nails. Plus I wanted regular polish so I was waiting an additional 40 mins on the chair doing nothing and the polish still wasn’t dry and messed up. They messed up my toes too and charged me an extra $20 to redo it. HORRIBLE. Over $100 for bs.
