Took my daugther here to do her nails, pedi and eyebrows for her first time ever and Tam amd Van were amazing! Very professionals and had a lot of patience and the Customer Service were on point! Recommended 100% Honestley the best of the best. Better than expected and beyond

I did a Cat eye nail look here! Absolute professional work. These wonderful people speak english and clearly instruct perfection and the performance of the client's wishes. I recommend to spend your big bucks here. It is worth the money to have quality nails that last long and look amazing. That will get you compliments everywhere and anywhere. The person who serviced me with my nails is TAM. He was a sweetheart and skilled nail tech and gave advice on nail care. Such a great masseuse! I hope to see this salon again in the future. I was supposed to get a full set and pedicure. I had gel polish on my toes and acrylic on both big toes. He was nearly done when I noticed the acrylic was still on my toe. He told me that if he removed the acrylic, he wouldn’t paint my toes because he “didn’t know what was underneath” and it would look ugly and I’d be dissatisfied. I told him I didn’t care about polish at that point — I wanted the acrylic removed because there was a gap between the acrylic and my nail and I was concerned about fungus or moisture underneath. After that, his entire attitude changed. He became visibly irritated and said it was “too hard” and I’d have to soak them. He rudely pointed and told me to go sit “over there” for my nails. They had already started soaking off the acrylic on my fingernails, so I felt like I didn’t really have a choice. The entire time he was rough with my hands and loudly talking across the salon about the situation. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. I finally told him to just finish removing the acrylic from my nails because I no longer wanted services. I told him I’d remove the toe acrylic myself at home. He responded, “Okay, the removal will be $20.” My nails looked terrible at that point — dusty, uneven, and half finished — and he immediately told me to go pay. Then he charged me $70. When I questioned why, considering the basic pedicure was listed as $30 and acrylic removal was $5, and he never finished the service or painted my toes, he suddenly claimed my feet “needed” a more expensive pedicure. I was never offered that service, never agreed to it, and never authorized an upgraded pedicure. When I calmly explained that I only requested the basic pedicure and was willing to pay for exactly that, he threatened to call the police and ban me from the salon. He then called the cops and lead with, “A Black woman is refusing to pay for the service.” The police came, and I ultimately paid $56 for the basic service anyway — including a processing fee he conveniently didn’t mention the first time. I normally spend around $120 for my services and tip well. I had no issue paying for what I actually requested and received. What I was not going to do was allow someone to intimidate me, upsell me without consent, treat me disrespectfully, and then weaponize the police because I questioned an inflated bill. I left feeling humiliated, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked at how quickly the situation escalated over me simply advocating for myself as a paying customer.

I’m sad I can only give 5 stars!!! Ms Van is Amazing and when I say she always leaves me satisfied💯I’m from NJ and truth be told I can’t stand FL but when I say Ms Van and Deluxe Nail Spa make me forget how much I don’t like FL because of the amazing work they all do. Mani Pedi Fill In all that and more❤️This is the only place my mother and I go to and I recommend it 100%

Tam is very meticulous about shape. I had him do my nails for my wedding. Turned out amazing!
