This location is close to my house so is very convenient. Jacky is vey lazy and does not open her place at the time is listed. I went today and it was passed 10am and she was not open yet. I called her and she was like "I have appointments until 11am ". She rather be lazy then doing her job. I will never comeback to this place. She also does a horrible job at tattoo eyebrows so don't waste your money.

I went there on a week day for manicure and dip. Holy, the only nail technician out of 2 available (for powder/acrylic) that day at the business, told me she does not and couldn't do dip. I was ok with because instead she said she could "acrylic full set powder" for $50 plus 5 for manicure. I was glad to get the service for 15 min wait. I've had both "full set acrylic powder/dip, naturalnails etc." I dont mind all kind of nail types for esthetics, so I was aware of my choices and esthetics. Unfortunately, Holy, the manicurist, kept on saying, "is ok, I do later," every time I made a request for nail shape, size, color etc. The interaction was manageable until she raised her voice and said, "If you want and you don't like, I take it off now. This was after she filled and applied the powder to an assymtric oval shape. I was taken back and requested her to lower her voice and request symmetrical, short acrylic, shape as best as she can because there was no going back now. When I told her to continue, one of the other senior estheticians stepped in and tried to de-escalate the situation, for which I was grateful for ( last minute nails, relaxation, I didn't have to wait long and really wanted my nails done!). Her de-eascalation was, "oh sometimes, my children tell me, I raise my voice." Ok. Unfortunately, Holy kept on saying, I don't know what you want even when I understood the other esthetician said to her that it was not symmetrical. It was the 1st time I did not tip. It's not worth it.

I went in there because I really needed a pedicure, I got an older lady and she was super nice the only thing that she asked me if I had acrylic on my big toe. I told her yes that I had acrylic and that I wanted it to be removed but I think she didn't know how so she ignored me and didn't remove it. Instead she filed my nail and the acrylic to be the same. Everything was ok until she started to paint my nails with white gel and they were super clumpy. I'm sorry but I had to ask the younger girl to re do them, I've Had this pedicure for 5 days and since they are too long they hurt now and I have to soak them off mind you I paid $39. Also they got a little upset saying that my toe nail was not long enough for the Acrylic to be taken off when I've had the Acrylic for over a month now.
