I just went for my first massage here and am so grateful that she's moved into Orinda. Apple has a wonderful space, there's easy parking, open evenings, really good pricing - all the great things you hope. But the BIG bit is that the massage was incredible! I hold a lot of tension in my back and went for the Anti-Stress Massage as part of a long term goal to get my muscles to release. It was powerful - this is the best massage place. Apple really worked through all the problem areas with fantastic pressure and intuition. She used a range of techniques and really knows what she's doing. This is the start of a fantastic business and I'm excited to be a little part of it!
I’ve chased the owner from Oakland to Orinda despite living in Richmond. I don’t wanna gatekeep , Apple is amazing. As someone who is pregnant and has a toddler and long sufferer of scoliosis , she’s magical. I wish I lived closer.
There are massages and then there are magical, deeply healing, transport you away massages! This female-owned business is run by Apple, a highly experienced and knowledgeable Thai therapist whose as kind as she is adept. Apple really knows the body! She combines use of her feet, hands and body in a combination of modalities. She’s a one woman show at the moment. But she plans to bring in more “highly experienced and tested” therapists she knows and trusts. She’s a great addition to Orinda and I recommend her highly!
i had the anti stress massage with Aya! my back, neck and shoulders are so tight and and really needed this massage! Aya was very good and while it wasn’t pleasant at times, i knew it was for the best! i do feel sore - even after 24 hours, but i also can tell that i’m sitting up straighter and not slouching as much! i plan to go back next month for 30 min. this visit was one hour and worth every minute!
