Sign in to reviewSafe to say this is the most authentic and real Vietnamese cuisine in Dallas/Garland areas. They have delicious lunch goods and drinks made fresh from sugar cane, veggies and fruits. Right inside the Cali Saigon Supermarket. They are hidden gem of the Vietnamese local diners. They have porks, beef, fish girlled, fried and stirried and even Vietnamese thit kho. Come by and check out yourself. Highly recommended for any visitors or Vietnamese food lovers. ❤
6/30/26: This Vietnamese restaurant emphasis on cooking and selling traditional southern home-style comfort cuisines. My mom's favorite here is their cá kho (the small caramelized fish with eggs in the bellies).
This is the 2nd stall/"store"/food booth in the food court at Cali Saigon Mall. I absolutely love their Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese coffee), it's super affordable ($3) and strong and tasty. I also LOVE to buy a cup of their freshly squeezed sugar cane juice ($8). It comes in a big cup and it's so refreshing and you can watch them squeeze it so you know it's fresh. Also, their food is really good! I got a box of grilled pork today which was $12 and absolutely delicious; it brought me back to my childhood. I would say, besides the Bánh Mi #1 Sandwich shop at the back of the food court, Di 7 Restaurant is the 2nd most busy place in the food court. They constantly have a flow of customers ordering food or getting drinks from them. The customer service is great and the attendants are super nice and welcoming. I literally come here every weekend to get my coffee and sugar cane juice fix. I highly recommend coming here!!! Remember, cash is preferred in this food court area, but it's affordable and not out of reason pricing.
Located inside the Saigon mall food court . Came here early morning for their cháo lòng specialty (rice porridge) . The owner is a nice older lady that’s very genuine and sweet . I asked her what’s her most popular dishes on the menu and it’s the cháo lòng and they are still cooking . I waited for 20 minutes while they are cooking but it’s worth it . This is my to go place for cure of the hangover or that awesome breakfast .
Bun mam, which is only served on Sundays, is the best I’ve had in the US. The seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared. The squid was buttery soft. The soup was delicious! My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture before I finished the bowl!
