We are traveling from NJ, and decided to have a lunch at Eden center, since a friend told us there were good restaurants there. Upon arrival we noticed there were so many there and hard to decide which one. My wife check the reviews and found this one has good comments. So we decide to try and it was exceptionally good and delicious. We will come back again before we leave tomorrow, and will post photos then. Highly recommended! Update: right before our departure back home, we came to this restaurants. Since we already had lunch, we ordered Spotted Babylon Snails and Rice porridge with pork offal/organs. Both were very good. The previous visit, we had Stuffed Apple Snails with fish Cake, Butter roasted quail and Spicy beef noodle soup. As a gourmet food lover, I can tell the chef makes dishes with ideas and care. WIll come back again when we travel to this area in the future.
Absolutely delicious food, and amazing hospitality!! Highly recommend the Babylon snails with garlic butter, and the bun Bo hue!!! I consider myself a Vietnamese food snob, having travelled there multiple times. The owner is so so friendly too, and was always checking up on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem in Falls Church!!!!
The food here is so fresh and delicious!!! The fried soft shell crab with garlic butter is perfection (I’m still thinking about how good it was), paired with the exquisite citrus pepper sauce and rau răm. The chef is so kind and talented. The service is amazing. The stuffed apple snails with fish cake were also excellent. Also, this is the best Bún bò Huế I’ve ever had, great portion size, filled with so many delicious and fresh ingredients and pairs nicely with shrimp paste. Highly recommend this restaurant!
In a cozy corner in Eden, while it may not be the most aesthetic it has its charm. We came super early so not sure how crowded it can get, but we prob were the first customers of the day. …
This a small, out of the way place to find but can be worth it. There’s plenty of free parking outside the building. Service is good, but will say the language barrier can be a challenge. While I got my correct meal (Bo luc lac ; shaky beef), my wife did not. She enjoyed it but it was deep fried, vs soft shell crab in garlic butter. We also ordered egg rolls, which they don’t have but got from the restaurant next door, which was really nice. Finally, the only downside is the smell of smoking from the halls and maybe the restaurant.
