We met Dinh at an open house last year and immediately were impressed. She was very knowledgeable and honest while being easy-going which we gravitated to. After that initial meeting, we struck up a partnership and she helped us navigate through our first home experience. She was patient with us while we navigated personal bumps and curves over the last few months and when we put in our first offer, it was accepted! Buying a home right now for a lot of people can be really stressful but it wasn't with Dinh. She went the extra mile, introducing us to financial contacts as well which led us to a quick and easy close. We would recommend Dinh to everyone looking to buy in the East Bay!

Dinh has been amazing to work with! We only met her one month ago, but we have already closed on a house. :). Dinh helped us purchase our first home! We were so impressed with her constant communication with all the players that we didn’t know how to deal with - the banks, title company, appraisers, etc. Dinh helped us negotiate a price that we were comfortable with and it appraised for so much more than we paid, which is unheard of in the Bay Area market! She was always available to answer our questions and guided us through this fast and complicated process, pushed the limits so we could meet all timelines, and ensured we really understood what was happening. If you want an agent with hard work ethic and a natural sense to want to help you, she’s like a lion in negotiations but a lamb when working with you, we hands down highly recommend Dinh!

Dinh was very patient, detailed, and honest in her explanation to us about homebuying in today's market. It had been many, many years since we last purchased a home and the environment has changed.
