Divine Nail Bar in Carrollton is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is out of this world — every single person on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is immaculate, beautiful, and spotless, which instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a gel pedicure with Ruth, and it was truly incredible from start to finish. She took her time with every single step and gave me the best massage I have ever had. The attention to detail was unmatched, and I left feeling so pampered. Everything about the experience was a 10 out of 10 — it could not have been better. This was by far the best nail salon experience ever, and Divine Nail Bar will definitely be my go-to salon from now on! — 6 month edit I’ve still been going to this nail salon consistently for six months and it’s only gotten better and better. The woman who does my nails her name is May and her attention to detail is truly out of this world! Every single time she does my nails it turns out flawlessly perfect. She puts time into making sure they’re all even and clean and crisp and gorgeous and the woman who does my pedicures, Sophia is such a ray of sunshine. She is so kind and always makes sure I’m comfortable and everything looks perfect. This nail salon is going to be my favorite go to place for a long time! Update: My nail artist did my nails for my engagement photo shoot and they turned out absolutely stunning!!!

I’ve been coming to Win for years, and I’m always impressed. She takes her time and does such beautiful, detailed work—truly admirable. That’s why I travel from Frisco to Carrollton, rain or shine. The salon is always clean and welcoming, the owner is very kind and attentive, and the staff is amazing. So grateful and always a loyal client ☺️

I usually go to Pro Nails in Denton, a patient from my PT clinic recommended Divine Nails. And I tried it out today, hands down best relaxing experience! I did gel tip, Color#124 Sparkle Purple. My nail tech was sweet and helped me to relax and we talked most of the time. I plan on coming back in 2 weeks. I loved it ! 😍 I have no complaints definitely worth it!!

My wife got her nails done here yesterday, and I’m genuinely confused how this place calls itself a nail salon. I’m pretty sure I could’ve done a better job using my left hand while blindfolded. Look at this choppiness!! The nails looked less like a professional manicure and more like someone’s first day practicing on a mannequin hand. Uneven, sloppy, and honestly impressive in how bad they turned out. What really sealed the experience was the manager’s response. When we brought it up, they didn’t acknowledge the terrible work and didn’t offer to fix the mess. Apparently this is the level of quality they’re comfortable sending customers out the door with. Save your time, save your money, and save your nails. Go literally anywhere else.
