I am absolutely in love with the work and care I was provided with today! Hanna, took very good care of me today! As someone who wants classy, professional-looking nails without spending a fortune at the salon, these exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely hated my nails. I had a horrible experience. Overall, I showed a nail design and she proceeded to say that my nails were too small when they weren’t I know for a fact, the nail design was possible she just didn’t want to take her time my nails were rushed and I asked her to fix my pinky nail multiple times and it wasn’t done right my french tips are bulky and uneven. I even have white residue still on the pink part. This isn’t my first time here this is my last second and last time both experiences were bad and rushed.

I’m honestly really upset about my experience here and feel like people should know. I ended up with an infection in my toe after my appointment, which is something that should never happen from getting your nails done. The whole service felt rushed and rough, and it didn’t seem very sanitary. My friend had an even worse experience. The technician was so aggressive with her feet that she got cut multiple times and was literally crying during the service. No one should be in pain like that at a nail salon. It wasn’t just us either—other people in the salon were speaking up about how much it hurt and how rough the technicians were being. This was honestly a really bad and unsafe experience. I’d like a full refund, and I really think this place needs to take a serious look at how they’re treating clients. I definitely won’t be coming back.

We LOVED this place. Stopped in for pedicures while my phone was being worked on at the Verizon store next door. Not only were they accommodating, they were also sweet, friendly, and gave excellent pedicures. And NECK MASSAGES while your toes dried!
