Massage is the service most clearly highlighted by customers. Reviewers mention a relaxing full-body massage and describe relief in the back, neck, and shoulders. One guest specifically calls out a hot oil scalp treatment as a satisfying addition to a relaxing visit. These are customer-reported experiences, so guests interested in a particular treatment or package can contact the spa directly to confirm what is currently offered and available. The reviews also mention a “THE PERFECT GETAWAY” package, which one guest found worthwhile; checking current package details before visiting is a practical way to plan.

Across the reviews, the personal care stands out alongside the massage itself. Guests describe DJ as friendly, gracious, professional, and calming, and mention feeling comfortable and well looked after. One reviewer appreciated being met in a hotel lobby and helped with luggage; another noted assistance finding the spa from a nearby hotel. Those individual experiences suggest a considerate, hands-on style of service, but visitors should confirm transportation, meeting arrangements, and accessibility details with Djanel Spa rather than assume they are included. The business has a 4.8 rating from 23 reviews, offering prospective guests a helpful snapshot of reported customer experiences.

Djanel Spa is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., according to its listed hours. Its Tropicana Avenue address makes it a Las Vegas option to consider when comparing spas in the area, especially for travelers who want a massage during a vacation or for anyone hoping to unwind after a busy day. Before setting out, confirm the hours and ask about appointments, treatment length, pricing, and any package details.
