My partner and I visited Double Dragon last night and I haven’t a clue as to why it took us so long to try this place out. Cocktails were unique and well balanced, the bartender was very wise, the food was tasty and the vibes were immaculate. Best lighting in Portland and high quality speakers pumping out fab music. The patio is sprawling, I definitely want to come back and sit out there so I can bask.
Grabbed dinner and drinks here on a Tuesday and it was a lively but not overcrowded outdoor space. The chicken banh mi was yummy and I really loved the fries and sauce. The Brussels sprouts portion was huge for two people but it was crisped to perfection
We got the spicy ramen and Pork Belly Banh Mi for food, both very good! The spice, with the ramen, is one that builds. There are different meat options for the sandwich that also change the flavor profile, which is awesome to see. This is a delightfully small menu that is figured out. For drinks, I was recommended the Easy Money, which is phenomenal. The Schumann Special was also very good; a mellow not-sweet option. Will definitely be going back!

Classy yet casual spot on Division with a great vibe! I stopped in for drinks and had an excellent margarita. The patio is cozy with nice lighting, and the inside has a cool atmosphere. It’s an easy place to just chill, people-watch, and enjoy being in the city for a bit. The staff was friendly, and I even appreciated the little water station out front. Parking can be a little tricky, but that’s pretty typical for the area. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to that—but as far as a bar goes: good drinks, nice staff, cool ambiance, and a great hangout spot. What more can you really ask for?
