Great doctor been seing her for 5 years or so small practice but always been able to get in for random appointments and get treatment fast great for referrals also she takes the time to listen and actually tries to help

I'm a new patient & scheduled to see Dr. Liu this morning for a wellness screening appt. I may not be able to speak on behalf of the others who have posted their reviews on google but I will definitely say that I had a positive experience w/ Dr. Liu during my appointment. I came 10 minutes late, unable to locate her office but she still took the time to see me for the appointment. She asked me genuine & personable questions related to my lifestyle and was very understanding and receptive to everything I said :) In addition, her front office receptionist was also very polite & hospitable. I actually work in the medical field & have met many physicians who are nothing like Dr. Liu. Her kindness is a rare gem found in the doctor directory. I would definitely recommend her & give her 5 stars 🌟

I’ve been going to Doctor Liu for over 6 years. SHE’S THE BEST! Don’t believe any of the negative reviews here. She actually takes the time to understand you holistically but asking about your family, Mental health, eating habits, professional life and more. I get my flu shots and blood work prescribed by her as well. I’ve moved cities and still stayed with her after having 2 kids. Her staff (Pete especially) are excellent and extremely responsive. Thank you Doctor Liu for everything you do. She even gives me free samples for different products everytime I go in - lotion, vitamins, Tylenol, etc

I really like having Dr. Liu as my primary physician. She is straight to the point and asks a lot more personal questions than others to really paint a bigger picture of who you are. I just love that she wastes no time and is just very up front and direct. She keeps intricate notes in her files. I always feel satisfied after visiting her for numerous reasons and her recommendations for other speciality doctors has been top tier! Her ENT surgeon referral for rhinoplasty surgery was amazing. He did a fantastic job! I really appreciate you Dr. Liu! Thank you!

Spoke to an Extremely rude female on the phone (doctor or receptionist not sure, she didnt even introduce herself), I had an inquiry about an appointment and she was unnecessarily Aggressive, she was like “idk who youre talking about” when they clearly have computers with chart of patient scheduling right in front of them, she had me repeat myself many times because she was busy being mad instead of listening to me, she hung up the phone before my questions were answered. I am very disappointed, will never come to see this doctor ever. Imagine having people like this manage your health. Terrible, Sad, Unfriendly, Unprofessional. I called back after she promptly hung up, this time a male picked up the phone, he was very friendly and took care of my inquiries no problem. Just a question for the female i spoke to on the phone: If you’re so miserable and hate your job that much, why dont you consider a different profession?……Healthcare should not even be a choice for career if you hate people that bad.
