Absolutely terrible experience. This doctor flat-out refused to give me a referral I clearly needed, despite multiple requests. It felt like he was only interested in collecting insurance money and doing the bare minimum. No real care, no real help.. just delays and excuses. If you value your time, health, and money, avoid this place. You’re better off finding someone who actually wants to help their patients, not just profit from them.

Called his office multiple times to schedule a visit for my grandmother who has suffered horrible trauma recently. Has never returned a call from multiple voicemails left. When we were finally able to get in touch, he told us we needed a referral, which we did, and then back tracked and blatantly told us they were not interested in treating her. What a waste of time we could have used finding an actual doctor who wanted to treat patience. Basing off the review below, we are happy to take our money and loved one elsewhere where she can be properly treated.

Very bad clinic. The staff, especially Kim are very rude and ugly towards me and the rest of the patients. They are very unprofessional and I don’t know if the doctor honestly knows about what the staff is doing. I do not recommend going here. Hopefully the entire staff team does retraining for them to properly deal with their patients because this is unacceptable!

Terrible bedside manner, and Dr. Nguyen gets upset when a patient asks for a referral. I had the receptionist "Cecy" or something like that have the nerve to say we couldn't be asking for anything (labs, specialist referrals, pt) because we weren't even paying for a consultation. Well no duh, it's a part of my insurance!!! I pay a higher premium for lower costs!!! My insurance pays them and they work to take care of me. So for the high medical premiums I pay, I very much expect to be treated and given the care I need. I have even gone to the extent of arguing about side effects to medications because I asked about concerning side effects, he denied them (even though I looked them up), once I showed him, he backtracked and said the concerning side effect was an actual concern and decided to change it to a different medication. It's always a back and forth. Dr. Nguyen stormed out of his office last visit and the office manager I suppose is his wife or something walked back to ask for discharge instructions and I heard them murmering something, I knew it was about us as he has a terrible habit of rolling his eyes at patients when he disagrees with something or doesn't find something appealing and she laughed and laughed then said, "Ughhh, I know." Trust me, there are other doctors around our area. Save your stress and find better care. We all deserve equal and just treatment as patients.
