Sign in to reviewFrustrating. I always arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time, usually do get into the exam room at about my appointment time, but I have always had to wait at least 30 minutes before the doctor comes in.
I went to Dr Nguyen a couple years ago and had a pleasant experience. So i went back & i had a list of items i needed to ask her about since it had been a few years. Backstory —-i can’t always afford the copay for my visits with her so i cant go see her on a regular basis. So She did address my questions/ concerns but when i got to the last item on my list, she told me this is the last thing you can ask me about. I was like whaattt??? I was asking her about different brown spots on my skin & she grew tired of that obviously. I plan on canceling my insurance for next year because we can no longer afford it so im trying to do my best to get all of my issues addressed before January. She made me feel stupid & like i was taking up too much of her time. (The entire visit with her in the room was 20 minutes) Where is the compassion that used to exist between a doctor and their patients? I will not be returning to her to say the least. Very disappointed behavior on her part. The rest of the staff was pleasant.
I was disappointed with my experience at this office due to the front desk receptionist’s attitude and the delay in being seen. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, finished it 5 minutes before my appointment time, and still waited 35 minutes to be seen. Meanwhile, 5–6 patients who arrived after me were called back before I was. This was especially frustrating as I had taken time off work and needed to return promptly. That said, the office visit itself was fine—the doctor was kind, and the appointment was brief. Unfortunately, due to the poor treatment by the office staff and the delay, I won’t be returning.
I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for about 15 years now. She is amazingly kind, caring, and takes her time with her patients. I always feels like she listens to my concerns. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so.
Extremely condescending and terrible bed side manners. I took my child in for our first appointment and she did not make eye contact with me. She goes 500 miles per hour and is hard to follow. When I asked for clarification on one of the instructions she talked down to me. She did it again when I asked another question. Very arrogant. My child picked up on the horrible attitude and asked me about it afterwards and does not want to go back to her.
