I don’t agree with all the negative comments! I had a great experience at this office. The front desk was actually extremely helpful and courteous (which is quite rare for a doctor’s office), I only had to wait 15 minutes to see the doctor. I came in for an itchy growth I’ve been having on my hand, it turns out it was a wart and he froze it off. I trusted his medical expertise. The growth has scabbed and fallen off after about a week like he said. I get that some people may want to chit chat longer but for me personally I just want to be in and out, and I like how efficient he is. No issues with this place, highly recommend! Also, beautiful office!

I spent 2 mins in his office and left, this person without looking at what I came in to see and constantly told me I just have bad skin and that since I’m Asian I shouldn’t be concerned about cancer until 70. Without looking at my concerns he told me I need cosmetic surgery, that’s not why I was there, I had some moles that looked scare and some bled overnight. He asked if I have any bleeding areas and I said yes and he said that’s because you picked at them, I said no I slept and when I wake up I see bleeding areas, he insisted I picked at them without taking a look. I finally said I’m sorry but you’re being condescending, can we have a professional conversation and then he proceed with air quoting himself saying im too young to have skin cancer and not something to worry until 70. And I said again I’m trying to have a professional conversation can we do that, he said no we don’t get along and we parted ways. 2 mins. I will ask my primary care to never send another patient here and will call my insurance because he did not see me as a patient. I don’t recommend this person to anyone, it’s not just bad bedside manner, it’s complete talking down to another without even looking at their concerns and treat or talk of prevention, just straight up telling me he has 30 years of experience and that I should get cosmetic surgery.

Bad bedside manners. I was shedding a lot of hair of late and I requested Dr Quan to run blood work to rule out nutritional deficiencies. He turned my request down and asked me to take vitamin supplements and minoxidil. My interaction with Dr Quan lasted only a minute, he was in a hurry and he didn't care. Having said that, the front desk guys are polite and friendly.

I've three appointments scheduled, referred by my primary care physician to treat my eczema-like cause by an allergic reaction to wild honey. Never being seen by Dr. Quan Nguyen. Only his assistants came to ask me some general questions and prescribed medication. No wonder after three appointments, my skin condition would not improve, in fact, it got worse !

Dr. Quan Nguyen is dermatologist for members (4) of my family and also my siblings (2). We have been treated by him for 14 years. He took care of the acne’s problems for my two sons since they were in middle school and continuous acne’s treatments for every 3 week until they are left home for attending professional school in last 4 years. Because of the doctor’s treatment plan for appropriate skin care for acnes and proper medication, my sons’ facial skins still look great even through they are in their 30’s age now in spite of lack of sleep and missing the routine maintenance of skin care! They often got the compliments about their skin textures. My husband and I also got the same positive feedbacks from friends and piers about our facial skin’s treatments from Dr. Nguyen. In addition, we also received treatments on other skin related issues and very please with the proper services provided. All of the above, the rating of a five stars (*****) also gives to Tammy, the esthetician, at Dr. Nguyen’s office, who also performs the acne/skincare treatments for my husband and myself for last 10 years. Because of Tammy’s proper care for patients with the routine chemical peels and her knowledge of the acne treatments/cares of steps by steps explanations on the process/procedure which resulted in a lot of compliments on my skin’s texture with no back spots (especially, for woman in their 60+) and the improvement of my husband’s facial skin with much less wrinkles and dark spots for his 70+ age!! We’re extremely pleased and so glad having Tammy providing the skin care service for us in a high end, hygiene, and professional environment.
