Sign in to reviewDr. Hanh Dieu is nice and take the proper steps to take care of the patient. However, I wish she could read the comments and hopefully reorganize and train her staffs thoroughly. Both my mom and I have been visiting this office for years. I know each office has its own issues but I can only tolerate to a certain extend. The past few months were just another level of failure from the staffs. They lack empathy and frankly not competent enough to assist the doctors and the patients. They just flat out refuse to get off their arse to double check and follow through with all the communication. Today I called to schedule an annual exam because I didn't fast last time so I couldn't have a proper exam last year. The front desk staff insisted that I have to wait till October despite my explanations. It's pretty crazy to think someone who is not my doctor get to decide whether I can get check up on my conditions or not. Before this, the staffs at this office took a whole month to send a referral to a GI specialist and the specialist doesn't take new patient since she is moving soon. I ended up finding my own GI doctor to go to. It's not just me that kept running into issues. My mom has problem with this office as well. The office at mom's GI doctor sent a fax to have a referral send over, but this office claim they never got it. They keep refusing to work on the referral until the GI office called them and we ended up having to reschedule the very important procedure. I have to write this lengthy comment because I don't want anyone to experience what I went through, especially if you or your loved one is having major health issue.
All I can say is Dr. Hanh is the best doctor I’ve ever had!! Hands down!! She is very caring and personable. She’s also highly educated about different meds and how the human body works. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve never dropped 40 lbs and got my diabetes under control. Give this doctor a shot if you’re in the market for a great person and family doctor. Staff is always friendly as well. Thank you guys for saving my life.
I love this clinic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Can only report positive experiences here. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and approachable. She listens and never seems like she is in a rush to get to the next patient. Dr. Tran is also great! It is nice to have another doctor available. Calls are always returned. Have never had a problem getting my questions and concerns addressed. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Nguyen is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. She made us feel like family and listened to our concerns. I highly recommend her. There are not many drs like her any more. Thank you Dr Nguyen and staff for all you have done for us.
I love doctor N. She has been my doctor for years, and when I say years, believe me. And I wouldn't change my pcp doctor for no other pcp in Texas. Dr. N has so much compassion for her patients that we make her late for her next patient to see, LOL...🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🩷 …
