Dr. Hiep D. Dang

My dad is a quadriplegic and it has always been a struggle to get him into the office to see Dr Dang. Recently my dad was hospitalized for a really high potassium level and when I called in today to request his meds to be adjusted, the front desk made me wait on the phone twice then transferred me straight to the pharmacy line. I don’t want to speak to the pharmacist, I want her to let Dr. Dang know this so he could reconsider adjusting his meds to prevent another hyperkalemia episode. The front desk told me that I must bring my dad in their office before Dr can adjust his meds. For god sake, this could be done via telehealth and they make it so difficult for my family. I would recommend others to find a new PCP that’s more empathetic and technologically adept.

Dr. Hiep Dang and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He’s thorough, compassionate, and really takes the time to listen to my concerns. I always feel like I’m in excellent hands. The office staff is equally amazing—professional, efficient, and always friendly. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they always make sure I feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I work in the medical industry so I know how hectic it is behind the scenes but Dr. Dang is always sincere, thorough and professional, my husband and I have been patients for years. Dr. Dang is very patient with my husband who has verbal diarrhea. Their office was a great support when we had to overcome a medical issue a few years ago.

He has been my family doctor in the last 10 years; His office staff and he work very professionally; Keep appointments on time, never have to wait for a long time; he is very nice , thorough ,and patient. He gives me not only right treatments but also good advices on prevention for my health issues.
