Overpriced and poor service. They charged me $179 just for a pregnancy test. It feels like this office is more interested in taking your money than providing quality care. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.

Don't know why I still go here for years. They serve the Vietnamese community, are good at accommodating walk-in's and can get you your medicines, but it feels like they are trying to squeeze money out of you by pressuring you to pay for other services that you didn't originally intend to get, even if you decline them. Clean clinic overall, but don't expect high quality visits. I am thinking of switching over to another clinic.

I have had HORRIBLE experiences with this place. My whole family relies on this doctors office for checkups since he is our family doctor. I wish I could find a new and better doctor for my family but the reason why we go here is because he takes our insurance. For starters, the staff there is mostly Vietnamese girls and they are EXTREMELY RUDE. I went there 2 days ago and actually cried because as soon as I came in there and asked for a pencil so I could sign in and the lady talked bad about me right infront of me saying in Vietnamese “I can’t even understand what the hell she’s saying”. It shocked me so bad that I started crying, not because I was upset, but because I was incredibly mad that someone would say that to a patient. Another time I went there with my dad to help translate since he is deaf in one ear, a lady that was writing down his diagnosis completely ignored me and talked over me everytime I tried to translate to my dad. She tried speaking to viet to him and since he cannot he I repeated it back to him louder so he could hear, but her tone was so sharp and I could tell she had the biggest attitude with me while speaking to my dad and it infuriated me. Another time when me and a bunch of other dads were waiting to get their blood drawn in a narrow hallway with no instructions on where to go or sit waited and waited. I tried asking one of the staff that was working there and as soon as she heard me call her name she walked past me as fast as she could. Everytime I go to this doctors office it sucks to the point where if I was dying I wouldn’t even go here because of how bad the staff is. The doctor even used AI to treat me, when I saw that I was in shock. Another thing about the doctor here is that he never asks for consent, he just does it. One time me and my sister came and he was checking for our posture he lifted up my sisters shirt with no questions asked and he kept pulling it up higher and higher and everytime she would pull her shirt down he would pull it up more (he was infront of her). When I was there 2 days ago he did something similar to me, he was checking my posture and told me to stand a certain way but I couldn’t understand (another thing about him is that you CANNOT understand a single thing he is saying, his accent is very strong and he speaks EXTREMELY fast, even his own workers can’t understand him and I heard one of them complain about it) he then proceeded to touch the side of my butt and even tho I wasn’t uncomfortable with it, it made me concerned because no doctor touches their patients without asking for consent, let alone even touching a patient in that area. I have no idea if those Vietnamese staff just hate their jobs or maybe they are just having a bad life, but it is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful I cannot even understand how someone who owns and works at a doctors office acts like this towards their own patients.

My mom who has been seeing this doctor for years and continues to suffer and he scolded her going to ER that she should call his office so he can send to CT scan. He didnt even perform a basic physical exam (auscultation of the chest), he just nodded while he tried prescribe her same old meds until I politely suggested that she's been on that before. When I asked for the labs then he said he would refer my mom to pain dr to do steroid injection. I worked at majority of hospitals in DFW and I politely requested a doctor I knew that provide exemplary care, the Dr argued and insisted we use his long-time pain clinic doctor. He repeatedly pushed supplements from his inoffice pharmacy and told us not to go to the ER—even when it was clearly warranted—instead directing us to call his office for a CT scan. I had to beg for some basic routine labs because it’s clear with the naked eye the enlargement of her thyroid! he wanted us to do at his “inhouse labs” even though it was closed. when the nurse finally agreed to write for labs, she “forgot” to send in the orders and referrals until the following week after a number of calls. His bedside manner is distant and uncaring, and he even wont let you develop Rapport with him. Every visit feels like a waste of time and money. If you want compassionate care, honest referrals, and a doctor who actually examines for your family member, look elsewhere.

Omg this is such horrible place with Rude customer services. They charged me over 150$ for just coming back and take my test result y’all. The doctor and they did not do any thing. They always rush and so rude with patient. They only care money Also, restroom is so dirty
