I had a great experience with Dr. Lily Chen and her team. As a new patient, I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment within 3 days, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I could tell this office was different. They used a scanner that created detailed color 3D images of my teeth, which I had never seen before, and the technology throughout the office was impressive. Kitty, the dental assistant, was so kind and made me feel comfortable while taking my photos and X-rays. During my exam, Dr. Chen found a tooth that needed attention and was able to take care of the filling the same day instead of having me come back for another appointment. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and checked on me throughout the procedure. I also really appreciated the equipment they used during my filling. It allowed me to keep my mouth in a relaxed position instead of having to hold it open wide the entire time, and it provided suction automatically. The whole experience felt much more comfortable than other dental visits I’ve had. The office was beautiful, very clean, and had a great view. I even received a follow-up email later that day with post-operative instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Chen, Kitty, and the entire team!

Dr. Chen has been the best dentist I have had over all of the years. I have lived in 5 different states, which has resulted in having received dental care from many different practitioners.
