I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received from this provider. During my annual appointment, we discussed renewing my routine prescriptions, and I was led to believe they would be sent to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, they never were. I made multiple attempts to have this corrected, but my concerns were repeatedly ignored or dismissed. Instead of acknowledging the oversight and resolving the issue, I was told I needed to schedule and pay for another appointment simply to obtain medications that should have been refilled during my original visit. I also received comments questioning why I needed medications that were clearly documented in my medical record, which I found both unprofessional and concerning. After exhausting every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, I informed the provider that I intended to escalate this issue. Even after the provider was made aware of this, there was still no meaningful follow-through or timely resolution. That lack of responsiveness only reinforced my concerns about the level of accountability and patient care. Patients depend on their providers to manage ongoing medications responsibly. Delays in refilling necessary prescriptions can jeopardize a patient’s health and create unnecessary stress. I expected accountability, timely communication, and compassionate care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I recently call to make an appointment, they asked me what kind of insurance I have… they said we don’t take that insurance. I said you are part of the list, please call the service to remove your services since you don’t accept it. Then she just said do you need anything else? I said it is miss leading, to be part of the list when you don’t accept this insurance, then she hanged up the phone😳
