My first time here and I think this place is awesome! Jason the PA and Jenny the medical assistant were kind, knowledgeable, and they made my first visit and impression quite pleasant. I had two procedures and everything went well. My appointment was on time and the staff were excellent. I’m so stoked I was referred here. I have a few follow ups in the coming weeks and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend this dermatologist.

Second visit to office, first time I waited 1 hour in exam room to be seen d/t a complex case before me but this time I was in and out in 30 minutes. David Sanchez, PA was friendly and kind, went over plan for my time there, did exam and care thoroughly and we finished visit quickly which I greatly appreciated. The MA was also very helpful and kind. I appreciate being able to schedule the next visit in the exam room and not having to wait to schedule with a check out person. I am looking forward to my next visit and taking good care of my skin with this care team. Thank you!!

Dr. Martin is very thorough and attentive. I appreciate that he took the time to listen and answered all my questions. He generally cares about his patients and I'm grateful for the time and effort he made to ensure that I was well taken care of. Theresa was also very helpful and focused making the overall experience great.

Let me start by saying I hardly write reviews, and if you look at my contributions, they're only 5 stars because I like to help businesses when I have excellent service/experience, and have much better things to do than talk negatively about anything. But I feel at this point I need to make this known in the hopes that other people avoid this place, and experience that I have. Luckily I don't have skin cancer, just a couple atypical moles/lesions that need a full removal. I was referred by my PCP here and they were booked out 3 months-whatever, fine. I know our healthcare system is unideal or maybe they're understaffed etc. The initial consultation went great, professional and courteous. Here's where it went terrible- They scheduled my post op appointment and I realized I needed to reschedule due to my other work conflicts. I called to reschedule and the receptionist said another person/team would call me back since they can't reschedule post ops. I get that. What I don't get is they never called me. After I called the receptionist another 3 times. So on call 5, I politely mentioned that no one has called me back and if she can just get someone on the line to reschedule this in 60 seconds. She has continually said no one is available but that she would escalate this. To their credit someone finally called me back after attempt #5, but plot twist, just like how busy they seem to be, so am I with 55 hour work weeks I have. The whole reason I'm calling is because if you call me back, I"m not going to be available. So here I am online posting about this after now 8 calls to them (3 more calls after the escalation). She is a broken record saying "let me see if anyone is available...silence...I'll have someone call you back" you can see how this broken record is ending....to yes..no one still calling me back. Thank god I don't have skin cancer or anything malignant. If that was the case, where they lacked duty of care and there was causation, along with this administrative delay and where I was suffering actual damages from something malignant I would be seeking legal counsel immediately. I've never had such an unresponsive medical experience in my life. I hope I will eventually be able to reschedule my post op when I actually call in.

I wish I could write my review about the quality of care I received or any information about their office but they made it too difficult to even schedule an appointment. 2/10: I call the dermatologist after getting a referral from my PCP but they have not received it yet and tell me to call back in a few days. 2/12: I call back and they say they don't have any referral at all 2/16: I call my PCP and they tell me they have already sent a referral out but they resend it anyways 2/17: I call the dermatologist and they say they see my request processing through the system but they will mark me high priority and give me a call back ASAP 2/19: I call the dermatologist after they do not call me back and they FINALLY get my referral and schedule my appointment for 2 weeks ahead on 3/5 3/3: The dermatologist calls me back and tells me the referral is missing important information and they need to cancel my appointment At this point, I've had enough issues just scheduling an appointment. They make it so difficult to even get in the door. I should have just gone to a different dermatologist from the beginning instead of wasting my time trying to schedule and work with this office just for them to cancel on me last minute. I can't speak on the service given but if they can't even keep appointments and referrals straight, I wouldn't trust them to keep any other information.
