I was very impressed with Dr. Regina Lee. She was kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable and a phenomenal listener. Dr. Lee addressed my issues and also made helpful suggestions for my overall care which inspired me to better take care of myself. She never made me feel rushed like some doctors do. I am looking forward to my follow-up and have been recommending her to my friends.

I had an appointment scheduled last week, but after waiting in the exam room for 1 hour and 40 minutes, I ultimately left without being seen. After waiting for an hour, I stepped out of the room to ask for an update and was told that the doctor would be with me shortly. I returned to the room and waited another 40 minutes before deciding to leave. I understand that emergencies and unexpected delays can happen. However, I believe patients deserve the courtesy of being informed when there is a significant delay. A brief explanation or update from the provider or staff would have gone a long way. There seems to be a double standard when it comes to respecting patients’ time. If I arrive late or miss an appointment, I am charged a fee. My time is just as valuable, and I expect it to be treated with the same respect. I rescheduled my appointment as a telehealth visit and was instructed to call the office to schedule a follow-up. I also wanted to confirm that I would not be charged twice. Despite being first in the phone queue, it took 52 minutes to reach someone. Overall, the office appears to have significant issues with time management and communication, and the experience was very disappointing.

Dr. Lee has been an incredible part of my life for over 15 years, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have her as my primary physician. Her dedication to her patients is truly remarkable, and I am more than willing to pay extra a month just to ensure she remains my doctor, since my insurance only includes her in the “bronze” plan. Dr. Lee is exceptional at listening to my concerns with genuine interest and empathy. She doesn’t just tell me what to do; she takes the time to discuss various options, empowering me to make informed decisions about my health. Her passion for her practice is evident in everything she does, and she has a refreshing honesty that I deeply appreciate. She never sugar-coats things, and her straightforward approach is both reassuring and motivating. In my eyes, Dr. Lee is a true hero in her profession, and I am incredibly fortunate to have her guiding me on my health journey.
