Book through the office for best slots*. Dr Nguyen understands what it means to be a patient and how to provide the best care for you. He is hilarious and humble with how knowledgeable he really is. Its worth it here all the bad comments are about the wait so plan for maybe 45 min extra but its worth it for a good doctor who actually cares!

This office is incredibly disorganized. I made an appointment for my mom and went with her because she doesn’t speak English. First we needed to use the restroom after arriving and checking in. They tell us the restrooms need keys and they “don’t have the key”. Then we wait to be seen, after like 20 or 30 mins of waiting and not being seen yet, we go back and say it’s 30 mins past our appointment, we are still waiting and really need to use the restroom, then she looks at her peer and says “pass me the key” and then looks at me and hands me the key saying “okay, I’ll let you use my personal key, don’t lose it”. Like wow, you had the key all along? Anyway, we waited 1.5 hours after appointment and still not seen by the doctor and no answer on when we’d be seen. It felt like we were a bother to them the entire time. No updates, no answers, no checking in with us. Ultimately we just asked for a refund of our copay and left. I’m sure we can find way better care elsewhere.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm, arrived at 3:15pm to check in and fill paperwork out. I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF and there were STILL other patients waiting to be seen before me. There were nearly 10 of us waiting around by 4:45pm and they close at 5:00pm?! ;( I needed to leave and ended up getting my copay back. Similarly, other patients ended up doing the same. The women in the office were kind and I wish I had the opportunity to meet the physician - PLEASE reconsider overbooking patients.

Amazing doctor ! Very friendly and very insightful. I am coming here again after last year check up. I like the fact that he goes deeper into philosophical and psychological part of our being and not just the blood report numbers. His advice on how to manage ageing and the stress in the robotic Bay Area tech life is invaluable. Not many doctors actually give you meaningful advice or care for you, he is definitely a gem.

Please avoid this office. I took my mom in as a new patient. She brought all her diagnostic from Vietnam for the doctor to review. They wanted her to do some blood works to make sure, and that's what we did. After a week and half, no response from the doctor. We have called into the office several times trying to get medicine prescription, but they keep telling us there is no result. The Quest app showed that the result has been sent to the office. This office just want to take your money, but do not care about the patient
