Dr. Vu Vivian M MD

Dr. Vu is the best primary care physician I have seen! Her staff is always friendly. There is usually minimal wait, and if she is running behind, she still takes the time to address all your needs. She is always polite and friendly and takes time to ask how you are doing. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I am also a physician, so you could say she is a physician’s physician. She has been my primary doc for years and I’ve never had any issues with her or the staff. I also hate to see bad reviews of docs based on a one time experience. All doctors have days when they are running behind, whether due to a previous patient who needed more time with us or simply spending too much time with each patient, or putting out fires behind the scenes. I think reviews should reflect multiple experiences and important qualities. For a doctor, you want somebody knowledgeable, friendly, and someone who doesn’t just rush through questions on a checklist. She is all of this and more. Her staff are friendly and helpful and her office is always nice and clean. You couldn’t ask for a better physician than dr. Vu.

Man it's hilarious how many bad reviews for dr vu has. Jesus. Her staff is consistently rude to my 92 year old grandmother making her wait at the window and not acknowledging her. But the absolute worst part of is the lobby music. I literally have to wait outside the lobby while my grandmother get her excellent treatment. Dr vu is great tho

I've only ever left one review in my life, which was for my plastic surgeon who was nothing short of phenomenal in every manner! Unfortunately, this office I'd give 0/5 stars if I could. I am a Master's level educated individual in the sciences who is currently obtaining another degree for healthcare, and when I say the staff members are beyond incompetent I mean that; it's actually very sad because they are most likely improperly educating patients with incorrect demos, etc. They do not properly clean devices, do not put on gloves, do not wash their hands, do not know how to take a blood pressure (with an automatic cuff/button), the list goes on! The young ladies were always rude on the phone upon asking to receive further answers regarding care that was being directed from their office, and no one ever would bother to return a call as stated. The office also illegitimately sells samples to their patients of medications, which ARE NOT TO BE SOLD. I am an individual with a history of working in pharmaceuticals, and thought this was utterly wrong to do. They sell samples and state that is the injection cost for the office, but also bill it through the cosmetics LLC to fraudulently charge for "free" patient samples. This office utterly disappointed me in how they function because a few terms I'd use to describe them is unethical, untrained, ill-informed, nonchalant, etc. Every patient seemed more like a number and payment rather than personalized patient experiences.

Dr. Vu is a good doctor but unfortunately she cannot keep a staff. The staff changes every visit & seems they get more incompetent every time. The wait is ridiculous, took them an hour to tell me they couldn't figure out my copay. Vu is great, staff is not, long wait times, people who can barely take your blood pressure, etc. Good luck.

Worst doctor ever! Has no idea of what she is doing. I should have checked her low rating out before going to see her! She does not even deserve 1 star!!!!
