A woman from your doctor's office was very impolite when answering the phone with me. My wife needs to see a doctor urgently tomorrow, I called to make an appointment with the doctor, she told me to give her the health insurance number, I told her to give me 30 seconds I will give it to her, I didn't have time to take it out when she hung up my phone ... why does the doctor's office have people working like that ??????

Dr Yan Li is a great doctor. My parents and I haven been seen him for many years. He is so patient and warm. It is also easy to make an appointment with him because of two office locations.
The clinic is the only office in DFW metro that refuse to honor patient's active coverage with Baylor Scott White during a recent BSW website maintenance window. The front desk staffs seem too lazy to call insurance company to verify the patients' active coverage, and the staff threatened patients to cancel existing appointments and asked patients to pay out of pocket before the appoints. Due to the staff's laziness, many patients with BSW were driven frustated and incurred unnecesary stress. This is truly not professional as a clinic.
I have been with Dr. Li almost 3 years now. I am very happy and satisfied with his services and stuff all together. He has profound knowledge of his field and he is very patient with his patients. Best bedside manner. Especially he goes the extra mile for his patient every time and all the time through the portal, it doesn’t matter wether it is 7am or 9pm. Where can you find this kind of doctor anywhere in this country. He is definitely one of millions in my book. Plus his 2 locations provides many different kind of medical checkups and treatments like one place for all. I highly recommend the doctor Li to everyone who is looking for an excellent pcp in this area.
