l recently visited Đức Hương in Garden Grove, and the experience was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, their chả lụa and chả Huế are great—authentic flavors. However, there are a couple of downsides to keep in mind. First, they are strictly cash only, so make sure to bring cash beforehand. Second, their customer service could use improvement—their attitude at times can be frustrating and might dampen your visit.

CASH ONLY! A small shop that's known for selling gio, which is a sort of processed pork that can be turned into ham, sausage, or paste to either pair with other food or cook with. There are many varieties and sizes sold, fresh and frozen.

Worst attitude. I just called to ask for the price, not to make order and the guy who picked the phone said: "We don't sale via phone. Bye." Hung up. I tried to called back a couple times. And I guess I got blocked. Lol. Is it that hard to ask for prices so that you can get cash from the atm to pay them? I can support somewhere else then. I don't think this business is friendly for young individuals. So rude and short tempered.

I visited their Houston branch and then decided to try their Orange County location. The pork sausage and snail sausage were still excellent. The Houston branch appeared fresher, with items served straight from the oven. Although the Orange County location seems less frequented, the quality still meets my expectations.
