Sign in to reviewThe two stars are for the cleanliness of the store! But otherwise, I am pretty disappointed with this place! They send out weekly specials via email and if we don’t rush to the store immediately like we used to for Black Friday, it’s all gone! Today (Saturday) we went to get sweet potatoes that was supposed to be on sale (5 lbs for $1) this whole weekend. Even though they had lots of sweet potatoes, they refused to honor the sale price because they said the bagged ones were gone! Their sale catalog just showed loose sweet potatoes! This is not the first time it’s happening! Also, their red onions have not been good quality. Most of them were rotten when cut and that happened twice. I would prefer to shop elsewhere from now on .
*** Rotten food sold here*** This store may be fine for purchasing groceries, but my recent experience with their food items was extremely disappointing and concerning. I purchased samosas from the store and was assured that they were fresh. However, when we ate them, they were clearly spoiled, had a strong foul odor, and appeared to be rotten. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the food being sold. When I called the store to report the issue, the staff member who answered the phone immediately started explaining that she was not the person who sold the samosas, rather than listening to the complaint, apologizing, or taking any action to address the situation. It felt like she was trying to avoid responsibility instead of representing the store and handling a legitimate customer concern. I am genuinely worried about the potential health risks from consuming the spoiled food and hope that neither I nor my family become sick as a result. I strongly encourage the store management to review their food quality controls and customer service practices to prevent similar incidents from happening to others
I was expecting more vegetables there as per the store name. Instead they have a huge collection of rice, spices and legumes (Indian daal). There is one beauty parlor too in the store too. Was not able to find any organic stuff . Still had to visit some other Indian stores for some items in the list.
This is a very big indian grocery store with wide variety if Indian grocery items. The store also has an indian women clothing store, restaurant (madras cafe). Cleanly maintained store with multiple counters, fresh vegetables, helpful people.
Purchased an A2B snacks product from Subzi Mandi and only after bringing it home did I notice that it had expired three months earlier (March 2026). Selling expired food products is a serious concern and reflects poor inventory management
