Sign in to reviewThe worst place to return an item… so supposedly she wanted my email but she never found my phone number in the system and supposedly my email was not added to the rewards system so of course she need my official ID and I gave it to her to scan all she had to ask for at the beginning was my TX ID! I hope you all close down soon! Bad customer service for real!
The staff was very helpful, and assisted my husband in finding a pair of pants that he absolutely loves.
I love everything about this store, super clean, with wonderful and consistent help. The lounge area and bathrooms are nice, too. I’ve been coming here for over three years now, and my favorite clearance section, once a hidden gem, seems to have been discovered by the masses. There’s not much left for me anymore! I’ve never had trouble with returns or exchanges, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. My only complaint is that I sometimes forget to visit, simply because the clothes I’ve purchased here are such high quality that even items I bought two+ years ago are still in great shape. I 100% recommend this company, especially this store location.
This place was so entertaining. High quality items, highly functional gear, very personable staff and lots of humorous staging around the store. The guy with the hoop earring in his right ear (stylish af) was extremely helpful and friendly! Loved it!
Walked into the store this past Monday and saw this shirt, which is not on their website. They had already sold out of my size, so I called Customer Service. They were quite helpful in finding the nearest store with one in stock - Souix Falls, SD. I was given the current promotional pricing, placed my order, and received my order today (3 days). Every employee at Duluth (local and on the phone) that I've ever had contact with have been polite and diligent. I'm definitely a customer for life, or until their socks wear out. ;)
