The salon is bright, modern, and incredibly clean, it feels like a mini retreat. My fiancé did the men’s pedicure and manicure, and it was truly an ultimate relaxation moment for him. Warm soak, callus resurfacing, CBD mint sugar scrub, a 10‑minute hot stone massage, paraffin, hot towels, the whole thing. I got a mani/pedi with Gel‑X for our engagement photos, and they executed everything flawlessly. The shape and finish photographed beautifully, exactly what I hoped for. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already talking about making this our regular spot. Highly recommend.
If I can save even one person from going to this salon and having the worst experience ever, I’m happy. My appointment took 3 hours because the technician clearly didn’t know what he was doing, despite me specifically booking a time-sensitive appointment. I arrived early with nothing on my nails, so the Gel X process should have been seamless, but instead it was a disaster. Glue everywhere, skin burned from poor application and overexposure to the UV lamp, and when I voiced my concerns, I was told this was “normal,” which it absolutely is not. I requested a specific design and instead received a cheap-looking chrome finish that isn’t even true chrome. As someone who has gotten Gel X elsewhere for 5+ years, I know this was beyond unacceptable. For the salon: please stop allowing just anyone to do Gel X. This is an art form. Train your employees or don’t allow them to perform it. The California cosmetic board would likely shut this place down for what I walked out with. They’ll tell you no refunds and lie to your bank if you try to dispute a charge. $100+ wasted here. Don’t be fooled by the nice plaza. This place is unsafe. There are so many better, ethical nail salons in the area. Avoid at all costs.
Vivian is the absolute best. Highly recommend her for amazing Gel Builder nails. The customer service here is outstanding from the time you enter until you pay and leave. The management does a wonderful job. This is a very dedicated and happy team. It’s also a beautiful, elegant, and classy salon. I have a relaxing experience each time, and leave with beautiful nails.

I love Dylan Blue! It is clean, reasonably priced, and everyone is friendly. Pham (Pam) is my favorite stylist. She does such a great job with my nails, both when I do tips or my natural nails.
