Love, love, LOVE this place! A highlight of the trip. This restaurant specializes in freshly made rice noodles (like cheung fun) prepared multiple ways. The pak mor yuan turns the noodles into dumpling skin, served with a funky sauce. The noodle soup was deeply comforting, the broth slightly thickened with cornstarch to complement the silky smooth noodles and bouncy fish balls. Make sure to order the side of chicken skin. These came out completely dry, crunchy, and well-seasoned, not a single wet or tough spot!
This might be my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle now! I can’t believe after all these years I haven’t tried it, I’m glad that I did because this is one of the best tasting Thai restaurants along with the friendly service I’ve ever met, the owners are so sweet, I felt like I was eating at home and was fed food that was made with so much love and passion. My favorite would have to be the noodles! I highly recommend and I would come back
Firstly when I walked in we were welcomed by the staffs. They were really nice and patient with me when I ordered. Second, the food is sooooo goood here. Out of all thai restaurants out there, id say this one has my heart. This is real …
I’m a very picky eater and this place is actually really good. I got the N3 and my husband for the R1 and both were delicious. At first I didn’t want to go in because of the set up, but after walking a few blocks this place seems to be the cleanest in the area and the review was good. Old because the tables were close, dishes stuffed in the corner and a bit messy, but I think it was because they were busy. I think it’s a must try.
I usually get pad kee Mao at Thai restaurants and E-Jae’s is amazing!!! I think it’s the fresh made noodles. Spice is perfect. Then this time I added the yuan and omg it’s the best thing I ever ate. Imagine having bahn coun but fresh and better. I can eat like 50 more. Like take my money I love it
