Sign in to reviewI grew up eating the taro cakes and the mung bean cakes. So happy that this store sells and ships them. Very hard to find these authentic treats. Thank you very much for the delicious food!
I’ve never been to the actual store in Tx , but I recently had one of their products while visiting the East Coast last week (Rhode Island) at a Cambodian Asian grocery store. I’m from Ohio so traditional Asian sweets/desserts are hard to come by, The (Durian Snow White sweet rice cake “Banh in sau rieng”) was so delicious, I loved it so much I literally got on the website provided on the label & ordered me large personal order the same day! Order#3505 it’s been 5 days & I haven’t received any info on shipment yet. [Fingers crossed] I’m praying it’s soon because I’m now back in Ohio & so ready to treat myself to as many ‘Banh In Sau Rieng’as I can eat!! ❤️
I must say that although I have never been here, I have eaten their cake products from a local Oriental market here in Jacksonville,FL. The durian cakes are delicious, and finding durian products are somewhat difficult in the USA. With that being said, this is one of the most delicious desserts made with durian that I have ever had. One day, on my planned trip out west I will stop in Texas and experience this bakery in person.
Bought the Black Bean Cake from Pacific Asian Market in Longview, TX on Gilmer road. It was WONDERFUL and tasted great... until the last one. There was a legit HAIR baked into the black bean filling. Fortunately for me but unfortunately for my husband... He's the one who got the unlucky cake. Edit** The expiration date on the package is 2026-04-19
The best moon cakes in the world. Especially the mochi kinds.
