Best place ever from Crystal to Veronica and even Gustavo. These people and place has the best work and helpfulness. My insurance wouldn't contact me with the decision on any of the process. Veronica and Crystal was on it by calling my insurance to get the ball rolling. Gustavo was very honest about getting the repairs on my Mercedes-Benz GLE. I just can't say enough Thank you's.

After being involved in a car accident, I took my vehicle to Eagle Repair Center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Mr. David Hicks, who was outstanding throughout the process. He kept me updated on my vehicle every step of the way, communicated clearly, and was always available to answer my questions. They also made the rental car process seamless by having Enterprise pick me up and even took care of returning the rental when my repairs were complete. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and my vehicle looked great when I got it back. If you're looking for a trustworthy repair shop, I highly recommend Eagle Repair Center.

Eagle Collision Repair Center made it an extremely easy process to get my car repaired after we had someone back into our car in a parking lot. Their staff was extremely friendly and helped us through the entire process including assistance with our rental car for the week. They worked directly with the other driver's insurance company once we picked their shop and we never had to converse with the insurance again after we met with them. Gustavo keep us posted on the progress throughout the process and when we picked up the car you could not even tell it had been in an accident. I cannot say enough about how great the process was and how friendly the entire staff was with us. They had my car finished earlier than expected and did tremendous work. I would fully recommend Eagle Collision and Repair to anyone that is in need of collision repair! 5 stars!!!

I was referred to Eagle Collision by my brother. I had a scratch on my car that I'd tried to remove with no success. I was promptly serviced and spoke with the manager David Hicks. David looked at the scratch and told me he could buff out the scratch. He took my keys and drove into the shop area. 10 minutes later David returned with the scratch beautifully buffed out. He even painted other chipped paint on the bumper. I asked what was the cost? David told me " It's free." WOW WOW WOW. David Hicks and Eagle Collision are a asset to the community. I highly recommend Eagle Collision and wil returning for any of my repair needs. Thank you David I really appreciate your service.

Thank you so much Eagle Collision repair center for helping me on my request after my both vehicles get damaged by health storm hit our area last week and I really appreciate the front desk.
