I’m a founding member and I have had 5 nail appointments and 3 pedicure appointments since my first visit on 3/19. I have had no trouble booking appointments and most times get accommodated the same week I call, I’ve even been offered an appointment the very next day! In terms of service, I absolutely love Earth!! The staff is friendly, the nail techs are knowledgeable, patient, skilled and kill every design. There’s never a wait, I’m offered drinks, and I’m constantly asked by the service provider if I need anything and if I’m comfortable. Absolutely zero complaints, one of the best memberships I have!! Shoutout to Madison whose repeatedly done my pedicures and is amazing!!
The membership is extremely convenient, the location is great & the salon is very clean & peaceful. Every pedicure I’ve had has been amazing & relaxing. I tend to get the dry pedicure over the wet. The 2 nail techs I prefer for my nails are Kira & Ariana. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They listen and I’ve always left happy. My only complaint is you can’t request a certain person for your services.
I originally came in for a training appointment, but the trainee had to cancel. Since I was already there, Candice(the trainer) did my builder gel manicure herself, and she did an amazing job! She was thorough, efficient, and very clean with her work. My nails came out beautiful and the application is so neat and even. She also made the whole experience easy & comfortable despite the last-minute change in plans. I really appreciated her stepping in and making sure I still received a great experience.
