Amazing experience with Angela and Amy! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Angela specifically focused on my carpal tunnel issues and I genuinely feel a huge difference already. The relief in my hands and wrists was incredible. My wife loved her massage as well and highly recommends both of them. Professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at this spa. I got a couples massage and resort pass. Check in was easy and smooth, we were greeted at the front desk and went out way to separate areas. Inside we were handed a robe and slippers and placed our belongings in a locker. Then we were walked to a massage room and received a very relaxing massage. Ronnie and Tammy were great and very through with the massage and asked questions about pressure and painful places to give more attention. The massage was fantastic and very relaxing. The whole atmosphere it's a great combo with relaxing music and aromatherapy scents in the room. After the massage we are giving time to enjoy the steam room, rain shower, and take a shower with all the amenities included. There is cold towels outside the steam room and a lounging area with a blanket and tea to enhance the experience. 10/10 totally recommend this place. After the service we had access to the hotel amenities with a lazy river, pool bar and restaurant and Jacuzzi. Valet parking was included in the spa package.

I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Anthony on my birthday; and honestly, he was exactly what I needed. He was incredibly gentle, attentive, and intentional with his technique. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire massage, and you could tell he genuinely cared about providing a great experience.. We had the greatest conversation, and he poured so much positivity, encouragement, and good energy into me. It felt like more than just a massage—it was an experience that left me feeling relaxed, seen, and uplifted. Anthony is truly a gem! And the steam room?! LIFEEEEEEE! 😂 It was exactly what I needed after the massage and such a perfect way to unwind. The front desk staff and the young lady working in the back were also so kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The entire atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and inviting. All around, such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly save your money. After seeing so many great reviews and for how much money this costs, I was really expecting a better experience! The communication from the staff is terrible there is no explanation of what to expect. We did get a tour, but it was by a woman who didn’t speak/understand English very well. When I asked some questions, she didn’t understand what I was saying.. it does not feel “luxury” at all like the description says. When checking out they do add an extra fee of $64 I guess for tip, even if the massage is not great which ours wasn’t. I have had way better for way less money so again disappointing to spend so much money and the experience not be great. On top of all that when checking out, the front desk forgot to give us some things we needed so we had to come back and forth. Will not be returning.

The accommodations were remarkable! The staff was lovely and the facility was beautiful. The massage was so good. Exactly what I needed. Chris did an incredible job. I'd go back and ask for her again. We stayed after the massage for a day by the pool and we loved it. Poolside service was great for food and drinks. Mia was great. There was a Waterside, lazy river, hot tub and huge resort pool. Honestly a perfect day for our self papmering
