I went in expecting them to upsell me on everything especially that my MACAN was older. The beautiful receptionist Nina quoted me a price for my oil change but after it was completed the price was less because they used less oil than quoted. I never would have known so I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely be going back.
