Sign in to reviewI've been coming to this shop for the last 3 years and today is the first time I felt unwelcome. The nail tech who was doing my pedicure abruptly stopped working on my nails and told me someone else will finished it. Apparently, she didn't like that I was asking her do certain things and assumed I didn't like her. All I asked her was not to cut my pinky toe nail too short, which she did. To scrape under my toe nail because she hadn't but she claimed she did, so I showed her she hadn't. After applying nail polish to my toes, I asked her to remove the nail polish that was on my skin and that's when she stopped and walked off. I'm paying for a service and I have the right to say when something isn't right. After today, I believe I need to find a new nail place because this location is no longer for me and it's unfortunate because it really close to my house.
I wanted to give this place another chance they're under a different owner. I will never walk in here ever again got my nails the week of Christmas and had a few nails crack not even a month.

This has been my nail place for years, where do I start? The staff is always welcoming and friendly Jenny, Dee, Kathy have been here since I started coming to this place many years ago, about 10 years now, they have seen my daughter grow up and they did her nails for her quinceanera, my daughter and husband suffer from ingrow nail and they refused to get pedicures before because they would get hurt, but since they met Jenny we don't go anywhere else me included, she is very careful and detailed she could do medical pedicures and we like her a lot, Dee makes beautiful nails once you get a set with him is almost addictive and you want to keep coming back!, Kathy is great with designs she is very detailed and can make almost anything possible, they always have people so if you don't want to experience a long waiting time make an appointment they appreciate that, I will never go anywhere else this is my favorite nail spa for ever!!! 🫶💕🥰🤩
