EMG Auto Repair & Oil Change

EMG Auto Repair & Oil Change is an auto repair shop at 1725 N 50th St in Tampa, FL, serving drivers looking for practical vehicle care and straightforward communication. Customer experiences describe a team that makes time for urgent needs when possible, explains the work, and aims to help people feel confident about their cars before leaving. Whether you need an oil change, brake service, a sensor replacement, or help tracing a more complicated issue, EMG is a local option to consider. Its 4.8-star rating across 419 reviews reflects a strong record of positive customer feedback, while individual reviews offer useful detail about the service people have received.

Oil changes and brake work are among the services customers specifically mention. One driver appreciated having an oil change and brakes checked before a long trip, with attention to whether the car was safe for the road. Another described a smooth oil change and a good deal, alongside a friendly welcome. For drivers who need a smaller repair, a customer says the shop fit them in on the same day they called and replaced a sensor quickly. These examples suggest EMG may suit people seeking routine maintenance as well as drivers who need a timely repair, though availability can depend on the shop’s schedule.

Reviews also describe experience with diagnostic and electrical work. One BMW owner brought in a complex ABS wiring problem that another shop had not been able to diagnose; the customer says EMG identified and repaired the issue. That account may be especially relevant to drivers facing a persistent warning or an electrical problem that needs careful troubleshooting. Customers also describe the service as professional and the pricing as fair, and several emphasize that Emad takes time to explain the work and genuinely cares about the people bringing in their vehicles. These are customer impressions, not a guarantee of a particular repair outcome, but they give a sense of the personal approach people value.

The business is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering options across the week for drivers in Tampa. Before visiting, call to confirm that the shop can take on your specific repair and ask about timing, parts, and an estimate. EMG Auto Repair & Oil Change may be a good fit for local drivers who appreciate a welcoming interaction, clear explanations, and attention to both everyday maintenance and more involved diagnostics. Its location on N 50th Street makes it a neighborhood choice for people seeking auto repair in Tampa, Florida.
