Reviews describe support across a range of real estate needs, including home purchases, listings, sales, and rentals. Clients mention working with agents Kennedi Newman, Sophie, Fran, and Francesca Brennan. One buyer and seller praised Kennedi’s negotiation during the purchase and the quick sale of the home later on. Other reviewers describe Sophie and Fran as kind and supportive while helping them sell, and note that they were available to answer questions. These accounts suggest the agency may be a fit for people who value clear communication and a steady point of contact, especially when a transaction brings many decisions.

For sellers, the feedback highlights negotiation, proactive assistance, and help navigating circumstances that can feel personal or stressful. A reviewer who sold a home during a divorce described Francesca Brennan as calm and proactive, while another said Francesca helped sell a difficult-to-market home with kindness and support. Buyers may appreciate the reported experience with purchase negotiations and advice about local and surrounding markets. These are individual customer experiences rather than guarantees, but they provide practical context for people comparing real estate agents in New Orleans.

Property owners considering rentals may also find the agency relevant. One client described Francesca’s work renting out properties as thorough and speedy, and credited her with finding suitable tenants over time. The same reviewer had also received her advice and representation when buying a home. If you are looking for help with a purchase, sale, or rental, you can contact Engel & Völkers New Orleans at its Magazine Street office during weekday business hours to discuss your goals and ask about the services available. Its mix of transaction support and locally informed guidance may be useful for first-time or repeat clients alike.
