Envy Nails Spa Cypress

I had a great experience here! I stopped in for a shellac manicure and a pedicure, and I was very happy with the results. The pricing was very reasonable, and the services looked perfect initially. I did notice the shellac started to peel at the base after about a week, but overall, I had a lovely visit and will definitely be coming back!

I have been to this location twice. The first time was on the 20th to get my nails done for a full set. My only complaints during this visit is that no one asked if I wanted a drink and I felt that the tech cut my nails too short and that's why it fell off. My nails came out great and I loved them. 5 days later, one or my nails fell off so I went to get the nail replaced on December 27th. I walked in to get a replacement and I sit down and wait. When I said I needed a replacement, every employee kept staring at me like I was complaining. I was very kind when I walked and throughout the entire visit. The lady comes out and start replacing the nail, only she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She keep looking around and would just randomly stop working on my nail. I understand if she didn't know how to fix it, I would've easily waited for someone who did but I was not offered that. Anyways, she didn't put enough powder on my nail and I can see right through it. I didn't realize this until I got home. Whenever this nail falls off again, I will not be coming back here. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND RESPONSE BY BUSINESS. Thank you for affirming that you do not stand by the product you offer and pushing unrealistic responsibility back on your customers. This was not a single nail but an entire hand. Whether they fell off after day 3, 5, 10 or 15 the nail job performed was significantly subpar but hey if that is the type of quality you are ok with coming out of your shop then don’t expect your customers to return. Got my Powder Nails done ( NOT PRESSED ON NAIL) and within 5 days, all of the nails except one on my right hand FELL OFF! I was sitting at the airport on my way to a vacation out of the country and it fell off. I was not able to call the place to let them know about what happened until I came back which was two weeks in after I got it done. When I called, they still want to charge me half the price to get it fixed. Unbelievable! He said because it passed a week from the time I got it done that they could not fix it without paying to get it fixed. I explained to them how could have I gone back to get it fixed within 5 days if I’m already flying out of the country. Insane to me they won’t fix the issue and I would have to pay extra for the BAD SERVICE they did. IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO COME OFF in 5 DAYS!! I’ve gotten powdered nails done before many times and typically last at least 4 weeks!! Or even more! I’ve been going here before several times as a loyal customer but this is the first time it happened to me. Being a loyal customer means nothing to these people because they won’t even fix the problem unless I give them more money!!

I have had great service every time I have gone. I tried a few different technicians at first to find exactly who I wanted for a pedicure and manicure, but really sooo many are good. Easy to make appointments and usually on time w/o waits. New chairs, new colors, and etc to make the experience better.

Highly recommend. First time here and service was amazing. Lots of salon in Cypress but I am for sure will be back to this place again. The lady paid attention to detail. I showed her the design on my phone and she gave me exactly what I wanted, actually her designs were bettter.
