First time here and I’m sure I’ll be back! This is literally the best pedicure I’ve ever experienced. Super clean place. Not to mention the entire staff was so nice and helpful. Let me tell you I got some dawgs baby 😂😂 but I feel like I left out of there with brand new feet 👣. If you have the time please stop by and tell them Vicky J sent you.! I got the medi-cure pedicure and it did not disappoint. If you don’t like hot things this isn’t for you because they massage your legs with hot coals, personally for me, I love that lol. And this was also my first time doing gel polish on my toes. Oh and another thing, they have drinks 🍹. They also offer a variety of other services like waxes, eyelashes, and more. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Ten outta 🔟, I highly recommend.

Ben did a wonderful job on my nails today. His attention to detail was impressive and he really made sure I was happy! I got the builder gel with cat eye and I can’t tell you how many compliments I have gotten already today!!! This pic doesn’t do it justice but the colors are amazing depending on the angle and the light.

I am so happy my daughter and I tried this place out!! Emma took such good care of me, was super attentive and patient since I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted when I walked in. I’m a basic gal but I am in love with the outcome! Highly recommend

From when I walked in the staff was nice and transparent with pricing and service type I wanted. Zen took care of me and I have to say from the moment I sat in Her chair she was very welcoming! She broke down the maintenance on my nails and gave me a proper walk through on what to ask for to maintain my nails . She did a very nice job!

Edit: So, I returned on January 9th and I have to say that Zan (I believe her name is) did an exceptional job. She was explaining the pricing throughout the service (which is extremely important — transparency) and she asked for clarification on the color that I wanted by showing me examples of the colors. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and was enjoying my service. My visit this time was so much better than the last time; I am extremely happy with my set. Thank you Epic Nail Bar! I’ve been coming to this location pretty much since they’ve opened. There has only been one time, other than this recent time, that I have not enjoyed my service. I came in on Friday, December 12 to get a builder gel fill and my nails slightly shorter. I already knew what color I was leaning toward before I got there and I saw the color I wanted and told the lady. So, the nail tech was extremely pushy with her opinions on my color choice (“you want purple nail??” “Why you want purple nail?” “You sure you don’t want design like me? “Color like mine?”) and then her coworker comes over and starts doing the same. I’m like this is the color I want. She also was trying to upsell me on other items like cutting my cuticle or a pedicure. The part that irked me the most is that when I go to pay and I realize they charged me for the “cut down” and honestly my nails are about the same length as they were when I came in. She just used the electric nail file to make them a **little** shorter, barely any shorter. If I return, I do not want that nail tech. I have no idea what her name was but she will constantly insist you upgrade your service and make you feel uncomfortable.
