I recently underwent bilateral inguinal hernia repair surgery with Dr. Eric Pham and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Pham took the time to explain the procedure and answered my questions. I felt in good hands with his experience and confidence. The surgery went smoothly and I experienced minimal discomfort thanks to Dr. Pham's skill. I just had a follow up meeting 10 days post operation and Dr. Pham said everything was healing properly. If you are needing a hernia repair, I recommend Surgeon Dr. Eric Pham.
Dr. Pham had did my surgery my gastric surgery I seen him for about the first three months and then my insurance had changed and I couldn’t see them. I just went back to them for my 11th month check up because they take my insurance and he was great. He sat down with me. He took his time. He didn’t rush me out of the examining room, want to know how things have been last 11 months since the last time I seen him I appreciate everything he’s done for me. He gave me my life back. He did my gastric surgery. He is excellent especially his nurse Elena. She is nothing but a phone call away if you have questions she’ll answer them, but she can. If she can’t answer them she will tell you. I’m gonna talk to the doctor and I will get back to and she does get back to you If you are thinking about having weight loss surgery, check out Dr. Pham he is go great
My wife was referred to Dr. Eric Pham by our PCP and we have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Pham and his office staff. From getting scheduled to the surgery date, everything was with ease. Daniella was very helpful and Elena was a total blessing with the whole surgery transition. Elena went out and beyond and always made sure that my wife was kept informed during the whole process. Even after my wife's surgery, the follow-up has been with such ease.
My mom has surgery with this provider and it was a pleasant experience. To schedule it is no more than a week and the staff are great. Once you are there, they attend to you quick and the Dr gets to the point. His assistant schedules you for your surgery and promised us a call back in 2 days and they delivered. It was scheduled within a week and my mom couldn’t be happier with the results. We recommend Dr. Pham to anyone who needs a hernia repair.
Very uncooperative doctor. Getting him to order simple blood tests for things like uric acid is an insurmountable task, even though I have insurance or if not covered by insurance, I am willing to pay for it. It is my health after all and I am not asking for drugs or medicines --- it's a matter of simple blood tests. When requested further, did not try to understand where I was coming from, but his retort was along the lines of --- that's my recommendation, change dr if you disagree. I had back issues and he just did a protocol based Xray and referred me to a physio. He did not even address the issue of Vit D deficiency, which doctors outside of KP detected (it was severe by the way). Not sure if that was related, but as my PCP, who has been doing my yearly physicals for 2+ years and has me coming in with back issues, VitD deficiency should have been detected by him, rather than a second opinion Dr.
