Every muscle felt carefully worked on, and I walked out feeling completely renewed. The environment is warm, clean, and peaceful — perfect for anyone who really wants to relax and unwind. My wife and I just left Essential Beauty & Spa about 2 hours ago. All I can say is wow! We did the 90-minute couples massage. I had never been to a massage place, so I didn’t really know what to expect. My masseuse was David and my wife's was Shirley. The entire experience from the time we walked in was positive. John at the front desk checked us in quickly and took us back to the room right away. The room was very clean and everything was in order. After disrobing and laying on the beds, the two masseuses came in promptly and began right away. The pressure of the massage was perfect and every tense spot was targeted. It’s amazing how fast an hour and a half goes by when the relaxation is so good. The massage experience was professional and the masseuses did a great job. I would highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming, welcoming, and so thoughtfully put together. The therapists were incredibly skilled, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. My husband and I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for. It was such a special experience and made his birthday feel extra memorable. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and true relaxation. We will definitely be coming back.
I will start off by saying the guy in the front is so very kind!! The place is super clean and welcoming! HOWEVER!!!! My husband and I went there for a relaxing time and left feeling like we just got hit by a car. We had to tell them multiple times to go softer and the lady chuckled and said softer? I have never been to a place that roughs me up so badly and doesn’t take the time to listen to the customer. Nothing was relaxing at any point. We had the Swedish massage and they did everything rough, from the massage to the hot stones. I felt like I had to be nice to them and let them do my massage the way they wanted. I am very displeased and extremely upset at the service. If you’re looking for a physical therapy experience this is your place. As for relaxation. Absolutely NOT!!!
