Euro Tech,LLC has a 4.8-star rating from 46 reviews, giving prospective customers a useful snapshot of how other drivers describe their visits.

Several reviewers mention BMW repairs, including a 2019 BMW G20 and a 2020 BMW that experienced a power-steering problem. Others describe bringing in a 2016 Mercedes E350 or an older Mercedes-Benz. Customers report that their vehicles ran better after service, with one describing a Mercedes as restored to good condition. These accounts offer examples of the kinds of cars customers have brought to Euro Tech,LLC, without suggesting that every repair or outcome will be the same.

Communication is a recurring part of the feedback. One customer praised Meagan for staying in touch throughout a repair and for being polite and helpful. Other reviews mention Megan and Kim positively, while customers also recognize owner Josh and the team for their support and work. For many drivers, having someone explain progress and remain reachable can make an unfamiliar repair process feel more manageable. The reviews suggest that customers value this personal attention alongside the work on their cars.

Timing is another detail mentioned by customers: one reviewer says their car was repaired the next day. That is an individual experience, not a promise of same-day or next-day service, since repair time can depend on the vehicle and the problem. Euro Tech,LLC is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the shop is closed Saturday and Sunday. Calling ahead to discuss the vehicle and schedule is a practical way to plan a visit.

Euro Tech,LLC may be a good option for Covington-area drivers looking for an auto repair shop with customer-reported experience on BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles, attentive communication, and work on both newer and older cars. The strongest picture comes from the specific experiences customers share: support during a repair, courteous staff, and vehicles they felt were running well afterward. If you are considering service, contact the shop to explain your car’s symptoms, ask whether it can handle the repair, and confirm timing before making the trip.
