I live for dessert 😋 I was super surprised to see they had Japanese Cheesecake. It was delicious and soft and lightly sweet 🤤 The mango sticky rice is warm and sticky and pairs sweetly well with the tangy mango. I did like the flavor of the Chicken Pad Thai a bit more than the Pad See Ew only because the Pad See Ew was a little more on the sweet sauce side. Other than that, the textures were very good and I love my big flat noodles!
Hidden gem on the edge of Covington. This cozy Asian fusion restaurant absolutely delivered. The Korean BBQ was incredible, especially the samgyeopsal and galbi. The pork belly was juicy, smoky, buttery, and perfectly caramelized, while the galbi had an amazing char with sweet and savory sesame notes that paired beautifully with the kimchi. The cucumber salad was simple but layered with flavor: soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and subtle spice that kept every bite interesting. The pickled vegetables and kimchi added the perfect acidity to balance the richness of the meat. Even the rice was perfectly cooked: sticky without being overdone. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The waitress made the experience feel welcoming and personal. The restaurant itself is easy to miss, tucked beside local storefronts on the way out of Covington, but it’s absolutely worth seeking out. Huge menu with Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese options. Already planning a return trip to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend for Korean BBQ, authentic hospitality, and comforting flavors.
So delicious!! I ordered the bao sliders and bahn mi. The bun on the bao was so soft and the filling was 10/10. The bahn mi had so much meat!! Staff is so friendly and attentive! Will definitely be back ❤️
The Phó and chargrilled pork banh mi were absolutely delicious. I could taste how fresh all the ingredients were! The broth was on point, coming from NYC this is easily the best Pho I have had since moving down to the coast! The service was wonderful and cheerful.
Where do I even begin? We started off with ordering the crab rangoons and pork bag sliders. They both were phenomenal! I got the combination pho and my better half got the sweet and sour chicken. Both were excellent! Our waiter was super friendly and very attentive! At the end he packed our food to go for us! 10/10 highly recommended!!
