European Nail Spa

The color I got was GORGEOUS so I will be buying it online and doing my nails myself because my nails are MESSED UP. none of them are the same length, the left hand has different shaped nails than the right. The only nail I liked was the one I filed myself and she didn't even copy what I showed her?? What was the point in giving me the file then..? She filed most of my nails into the nail bed and now I'm going to have to wait until they grow some to file them all the right shape! First she made them square without asking me what shape I wanted (the other people I was with got asked) and then when I couldn't describe what shape I meant that was NOT THAT, she gave me her file to show her, so I filed one of my nails to the shape I wanted, and she proceeded to do an entirely different shape for everything else (one of my thumbs isn't even the same shape, it's like.. slanted) (my sister later told me I was thinking of "rounded square/squoval nails" and what the lady gave/tried to give were "almond/oval" which i obviously didn't have the starting nail length to do that and the nail tech should've realized that instead of filing into my nail bed) The only thing she did well was the pedicure (same color) but they're still kind of square but idc at that point..

I have been going here for about 10 years and have loved it. I recently went and within 3 days my nails were lifting and they were just super thick and bulky. I went in this morning and told them about my troubles and they completely did my nails free of charge and they look amazing! They are always very professional and handle issues very nicely (not that issues happen often lol) these are my make-up nails and they turned out beautifully

Since the Build a Gel is a new service they have I completely understand why they’re struggling but after telling them my issues I feel it was disregarded. They tried to correct the issue and placed a crooked nail on and when I mentioned it they said they would fix when I return for a fill! I will find someone else to do them next time. The pedicure is always on point and I recommend the Deluxe. The location is convenient only reason I go .

Beautiful scenery with complimentary drinks, I gave it 3 stars only because the quality of the work they do. My first time being serviced my nail tech was sweet but a bit old fashioned, my suggestion if you’re addicted to upscale quality work and newer techniques , shapes and styles. Please save the trip and stick to where you know. After two days my polish was so thick it peeled off and was kinda of tacky underneath because I’m sure the gel just wasn’t dried properly due to 6 coatings, 2 base, 2 color, and 2 top coats. Sure enough I came back two days later and they were happy to fix it. I’m sure that I’ll never return but it was worth the try just not the money.

Hanna and Lynn are wonderful!! They did an excellent job exactly like the pictures me and my daughter showed them. We loved our nails!!
