Eva Nails & Spa at FM 2920

i went in a day before back to school and i gotta say.. the place is beautiful, the workers are extremely nice, overall the service was great! and i js want to mention hanna, she did just an AMAZING job! the dedication and time she took with my nails was great. If i has to give a critique it would be the price…its not bad just for what i got a bit expensive, i payed 55. Besides that i will DEFINITELY be coming back!

This has been my 3rd visit - Jo introduced me to Dip Powder 💜 He did great on my natural short nails, however different ladies who have done my pedicures have disappointed me, always been an issue with the coverage of the nail polish & drying (regular or shellac it's been a problem). I'll go here only for a manicure. I gave them grace by giving them 3 chances & a tip = $86

I received a gel manicure and regular pedicure at the salon. The nail techs who did my pedicure and finished the second half of my manicure were great! The nail tech who did the gel nails was not. I asked for oval nails, and she clipped the sides of one nail and asked if I liked it. I did, but then she proceeded to cut off a lot more of the rest of my nails resulting in a mixture of oval and almond shaped nails. I had to ask her to fix some of them because they were angled to the right or left. I also had to stop her before she applied base gel because she hadn't removed the nail strengthener that I had told her was still on my nails. Her portion of the service was very rushed and sloppy resulting in uneven application of the gel with some being see-thru and others lumpy due to too much gel. She also didn't cap the nails. I brought up how I didn't like my nails to the manager, and he had a different nail tech try to make them look better with some filing and more top coat. Unfortunately, I think they just needed to be removed and redone.

I have been a customer of this salon for a long time and that changes today. Unfortunately, our experience this afternoon was extremely disappointing. The polish application on both my pedicure and my daughter's pedicure was beyond messy, with polish left on the surrounding skin and uneven coverage. I contacted the salon immediately and sent photos. They did offer to repaint the nails, but we were leaving for vacation the next morning and were unable to return. I appreciate the offer to correct the issue, but the quality of the original service was not what I expected from a professional salon. Photos attached. There’s way too many salons in the area to accept this type of customer service. If you have one you love, let me know ;) ps. **my builder gel nails are indeed fabulous but not done at this salon!
